Is Esse Outdoor a manufacturer or just a middleman?
Esse Outdoor is a direct manufacturer. We invest heavily in product design, mold development, tooling, and patent protection. Unlike resellers, we don’t just pick from a factory shelf—we develop our own outdoor gear from scratch in collaboration with international and local designers.
Where is Esse Outdoor based?
Our headquarters and production coordination office are in Xiamen, China. We have clients across the world—from the US, Canada, and Europe to the Middle East and Australia.
What kind of clients do you work with?
We work with MANUFACTURERS in Europe and the US.

Do you offer quality control?
Yes, we have our own experienced QC team across three major production provinces in China. Every shipment goes through pre-shipment inspections, and clients receive detailed reports within 24–48 hours.
Can I visit your factory?
While we do not own a single dedicated factory, we work closely with a network of audited and long-term partner factories. However, our team in Xiamen and our QC inspectors are always open to virtual meetings, live video inspections, and transparent reporting.
Do you accept small orders or only large quantities?
As a B2B supplier focused on scalable solutions, we typically work with minimum order quantities (MOQs) depending on the product category. Contact us for specifics.
What makes your products different from others on the market?
Our gear is not off-the-shelf. We develop products from concept to execution, invest in exclusive designs and molds, and focus on durability, usability, and premium aesthetics. Many of our items are patented and tailored for long-term use, not quick turnover.

How do you onboard new clients?
We start with a discovery call to understand your needs, then propose a solution that aligns with your goals, timeline, and MOQ.
Can you work with start-ups or only established brands?
We’re open to working with both — as long as the project is serious and meets basic MOQ and collaboration expectations.
What kind of support do you offer during development?
You’ll get a dedicated account manager, regular status updates, and full access to design drafts, material options, and packaging prototypes.

What certifications do your products meet?
Depending on the product type and destination market, we can meet CE, REACH, RoHS, or other compliance requirements.
How is quality managed across multiple factories?
We built our own internal system — QC WORKS — where every order is tracked, reported, and reviewed by our Xiamen office before shipping.
How do you handle claims or product issues?
Claims are reviewed through our internal ticketing system. We analyze the issue, find the root cause, and propose corrective actions.
Are your QC reports available to clients?
Yes, our inspectors prepare photo-rich, detailed Pre-Shipment Inspection reports (PSIs) that are sent within 24–48 hours of inspection.
Do you conduct lab testing?
We collaborate with certified third-party labs for material testing when required, especially for tent fabrics, waterproofing, and UV-resistance.
Orders & Delivery
What are your average lead times?
It varies by product — generally 30–60 days from confirmation. Custom tooling may extend the timeline for new products.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We handle FOB, CIF, and DDP depending on client preferences. For repeat clients, we can coordinate container sharing and optimize logistics.
Do you help with customs and documentation?
Yes, we prepare all necessary export documents and provide support for customs clearance.
Can I track my order in real time?
While we don’t offer real-time GPS tracking, our team provides regular updates, including booking, pickup, and shipping progress.
What is your MOQ per product category?
