Esse Outdoor is a direct manufacturer. We invest heavily in product design, mold development, tooling and patent protection. Unlike resellers, we don’t pick from a factory shelf — we develop our own outdoor gear from scratch with international and local designers.
Our headquarters and production coordination office are in Xiamen, China. Our clients are spread across the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
We work exclusively with B2B clients: manufacturers in Europe and the US, private label brands, retailers and distributors. For manufacturers we also supply semi-finished items — tent bodies, annexes — for overseas assembly.
Yes. We have our own QC team across three major production provinces in China. Every shipment goes through a pre-shipment inspection and you get a detailed report within 24–48 hours.
We don’t own a single dedicated factory — we work with a network of audited, long-term partner factories. Our Xiamen team and our inspectors are always available for virtual meetings, live video inspections and full reporting.
We work with minimum order quantities that depend on the product category. Most categories start from 300–500 pcs — tell us what you need and we will confirm exactly.
Our gear is not off-the-shelf. We develop from concept to execution, invest in exclusive designs and molds, and build for durability and usability. Many items are patented and made for long-term use, not quick turnover.

Claims go through our internal ticketing system. We analyse the issue, find the root cause and propose corrective action.
Yes. Our inspectors prepare photo-rich Pre-Shipment Inspection reports (PSI) and send them within 24–48 hours of inspection.
We work with certified third-party labs for material testing when required — especially for tent fabrics, waterproofing and UV resistance.
Lead times, shipping terms, documents and MOQ.
It varies by product — generally 30–60 days from confirmation. Custom tooling can extend the timeline for a brand new product.
We handle FOB, CIF and DDP depending on your preference. For repeat clients we coordinate container sharing and optimise logistics.
Yes. We prepare all necessary export documents and support customs clearance.
We don’t offer GPS tracking, but our team provides regular updates — booking, pickup and shipping progress.
